I don't know about that! I for one am a Rays supporter and have joined up. If the Sydney club final is any reflection on how the ELVs go in big/high standard games, the ARC should be a great comp!

I'm sick and tired of hearing the old, conservative, Ra-ra attitudes over here about how the Sydney ARC clubs will be failures because they have no history. The foundation League clubs were start-ups with no history 100 years ago. The Force were a start-up with no history and look at the following they get!

Spot on AC. Not only were the Force set-up with no history, they themselves hugely underestimated the level of interest. Hopefully the same will be true for the ARC and it will draw lots of attention - the standard should certainly be excellent.

Good one AC. As has been pointed out in other threads here, nearly all the negative hype is coming from one source. He's running an agenda for a few old-school power bases in inner Sydney who see success of the ARC as a threat to their status, IMO.
