Still no change to the website or prospectus and nobody in the office (just rang twice).
edit: Email just received from Western Force. Dates pushed back approx a week. Further questions from ASIC apparently.

We have been notified by the Australian Investment and Securities Commission (ASIC) that they wish to extend the exposure period.
The dates as outlined on P9 of the prospectus will be pushed back by approximately one week but we will keep you updated as further feedback is provided. We believe that ASIC requires further time to review the entire document and for us to answer any of their queries, especially as this type of ownership for a professional sporting is unusual.
As there continues to be uncertainty around the structure of Super Rugby we remain convinced community ownership is the right model to ensure the long term future of a professional rugby team.
Again thank you for your ongoing interest and support.
Kind regards,
Mark

Hopefully ASIC haven't done this at the behest of Billy Pulver and his mates to give them time to announce the chopping of the Force next week!
Proudly Western Australian; Proudly supporting Western Australian rugby
That was my first thought Alison!
I don't think that the ARU has any power over ASIC.
If you have a few minutes have a read at the process that has to be followed.
I believe that ASIC are taking longer due to the prospectus being the first of its kind in Australia.

Western Force has urged West Australians to set aside code loyalties and get behind the embattled Super Rugby club’s ambitious new fan ownership scheme. Applications for shares in Western Force Owners Ltd open today, with the public company offering fans a rare opportunity to own a sports franchise while also shoring up the Force’s financial future.
The 11-year-old WA club is one of three Australian teams said to be at risk of being axed at the end of this season if Super Rugby’s powerbrokers reduce the competition to 15 sides. Western Force Owners is seeking to raise between $5 million and $15 million in $1000 allotments with the aim of buying back the Force’s operating licence from rugby’s national governing body, the Australian Rugby Union.
Edit: BPay system is up on the site. I have submitted my application and bpay'ed the money.

Unfortunately I think the current speculation is going to hinder the uptake on this offer.
Application submitted and paid, now a proud shareholder.
Pretty sure the shares aren't actually issued until July based on the information I read in the prospectus.
Can't afford it but did it anyway.
