Might actually be the best thing that could have happened. If Foles had rested three or four who had niggles, we might have fallen into the Rebels' trap of thinking the game was a cakewalk. This way, he can maintain the focus on intensity, putting everything out there and playing for the guy next to you.
The replacements are up to the standard and we have their measure, but we only need to be 5% off to be beaten by any team in this comp.
Go hard boys, put a cricket score on those useless Victards and then come home to destroy a fragile looking Bulls side, which will make Finals football a genuine possibility.
Just thinking, is Jayden Hayward fit?

C'mon the
Totally agree with Sheikh
Now's the time to test/blood the main contenders for these positions - not wait for when we're touring or the end of the season.
We're very fortunate that we're into Round 10 before our broader squad starts to get tested.
Have pointed out before that half of our 30 man squad is contracted only to the end of this year.
I assume that they are currently free agents???
These guys have either already been ruled out for extensions or need to be given some chances to show how they've developed from the last time we watched them.
No short term decisions please.
Look after our 1st XV and keep them fit for the tougher games and touring (NZ & RSA) ahead.
Who knows we may need them for the ????
(Not going to use the "F" word!!)
Looking at what's ahead.........
Hate losing to the Rebels (#13) but the likely team, even in Melbourne, should be good enough.
Bulls (#8) at home at the end of their 3 weeks touring , and hopefully a mauling by a frustrated Tahs team, should be ours.
Bye (Offering the chance of 3 weeks rest for the worst injured.
Cheetahs and Stormers in RSA (the 2 lowest teams on the table). Wouldn't it be great to win both - but 1 would still be great!
Lions (#9) at NIB should be ours as they've yet to leave RSA.
Crusaders (#7) in NZ - we should be/need to be back to our best ('Saders are usually best in 2nd half of season).
Blues (#11) and Reds (#12) at home just need support from the Sea of Blue at its best......
Brumbies (#2) in Canberra may dictate a trip to Canberra as could be a very important match and a chance to get even!!
Exciting times.

Well that's a given.....
FORCE...FORCE... WESTERN FORCE..!!
FORCE...FORCE... WESTERN FORCE..!!
FORCE...FORCE... WESTERN FORCE..!!
Wouldn't it be amazing if it came down to the last Brumbies game in Canberra...? Might have to look into flights just in case....
For Gawd's sake, TIF, don't jinx it!
Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon
Just heard Hodgo on the radio Alby Morahan and Wykes are all out for this game he said prior and Coleman will replace Alby and Wykes didn't say about Morahan
“Everyone knows whether it’s rugby, politics or whatever, front-rowers should rule the world, so to have a hooker at the helm makes sense,” Nathan Charles Western Force & Wallabies Hooker.
Is Jayden playing?
Maybe they aren't sure and therefore haven't figured out who will replace him
C'mon the
