If the two slots are for a marquee who isn't eligible and a development player who could become eligible for the Wallabies there are some pretty good options out there. I'd invest in a young tight-head and an older hooker.
There are two twenty year old, 120kg Georgian props (both of whom scored tries in the Junior World Trophy) who won't have represented their country yet who could provide some good mileage. There is a 120kg Romanian prop as well. Alternatively young Argentineans are ripe for picking before the Europeans get in there. Theres a 122kg prop who is a bit of a monster at 192cm. But for sheer weight for money you can't go past 137 kilogrammer Ben Afeaki from New Zealand. What a whopper.
No ideas on who to bring in at hooker though. If only we could have Brendan Cannon back.
