You cant take it off the unit has its encrypted.
Across the tasman as some good guides on how to capture rugby from a foxtel box but you have to set it up to record the game as you want, it involves using alot of external software

I think u need to be a member to download games and access the forum.
Sure you can. I've got a device that converts between RGB and mp4, storing the output on a USB memory stick or USB disk. They aren't expensive but you tend to not need them often, so mine is available for borrowing by any TWFers (how I like that name). Just PM me or ask at the next game or event.
Depends on how you can trust the unit.
Across the Tasman has been done over a month now for accepting invites.

People such as Rugby Reg from Green & Gold Rugby, who pretends to promote the game at all levels, describing the invitational games in Perth during 2018 as "meaningless".
Maybe Reg forgot that those 'meaningless' games got the biggest crowd numbers for rugby games across Australia this year, apart from test rugby. He also probably forgot that the two top teams that we played the crusaders and the PWK both took these game very seriously. I dont remember Scott Robertson or Robbie Deans taking these games lightly in any shape or form. And most importantly he forgot that these friendly games were the beginning of the resurrection of professional rugby back into WA.
....and introducwd a whole new audience to Rugby Union, including mums and kids. A thoroughly entertaining night for the when family.
Declyning crowd, viewing and participation figures for the RA controlled provinces though. Die hard NSW and Qld dinosaurs are happy to watch the band play on while the ship sinks.

Surprise surprise, a guy on a million bucks a year for the next five years supports the RA asking him to sit on his arse and do nothing

No doubt Folau and Foley on simlar contracts (Foley only next year haha) will also support it

God the crap these guys spew out every week insults the intelligence!
Are these guys going to hand back $100000 each for not playing?
I bet the super coaches are on board, untill the Rebels and Tahrds underperform as usual and face missing the finals, when Wessels and Gibson face the chop/axe/cull/guillotine/cull....FFS why don't we just coin a new all encompassing phrase, facing THE FORCE...then we'll see how on board they are

I thought this bit from Hooper was particularly insightful (not!!):
"I think it's a good thing for players and I think it's a good thing for clubs as well because it's knowledge that you can really plan out your year as a player and a club," Hooper said. "With planning and if we do rest players, then you've got a chance to see some depth and build depth within your squad at a club level, which I think's hugely important as well, rather than relying on the same guys every week.“

Yeah but only in regard to SuperRugby, not the precious Wallabies!

How will the Tahrds make the finals without Kepu, Latu, Hannigan, Simmonds, Hooper, Dempsey, Holloway, Gordon, Foley, Beale, AAC (he will sign with them, no more room in Rebels celery cap), Folau? Gibson is toast
Rebels losing Genia, Hodge, Coleman, Toomua, Korobiete, Naivalu, Maddocks, Ulese, DHP won't hurt as much because they have depth in the squad of 87 and Quade won't be picked.
Reds can ill afford to lose Kerevi, Rodda, Thor, BPA, Petaia, Tui and Timu, Thorne won't go along with that
Brumbies will struggle without Arnold, Sio, AAA, Powell, Pocock, Kuridrani, Banks.
So, the winners are Rebels. RA investment is paying handsomely, with just a little bit of shenanigans
