Worst umpiring i've ever seen....seriously...
"Remember lads, rugby is a team game; all 14 of you make sure you pass the ball to Giteau."

i reckon the referee had a good game ! at times there were some shady calls but they were the same both ways!
The refereeing didn't look too bad on the televised footage...
I thought the referee-ing was alright. He had a few questionable calls, but who doesn't. I thought he was consistant in his calls.
But i thought they're uniforms in the first half was too similar to the Rebel's. Might have given Spirit some confusion. Luckily they changed it in the second half.
Isn't Brockie a flank?! Was it me or was he playing in the centres and wing today?! He had a good game though, should consider switching him there.
The ref was poorish but by current standards not the worst. Good game by the our boys showing some of our potential but still work to be done.
Good work rate and effort, just need that extra gel thing to work for us.
All in all pretty pleased and the rebels looked like a bit of a rabel to be honest.
Just happy to be here
Maybe he got confused and thought he was an umpire?Originally Posted by travelling_gerry
I was so cut when Jimmy went down....we need jimmy! I thought Henjak had a really good game. They missed him last time at home. He seems to bring them together. If he can keep improving on this i wouldn't be suprised to see him with the wallabies next year. Stannard was a bit ugh on occasion but not bad. Shep's starting to get his form back.Originally Posted by travelling_gerry

CHEERLEADERS ROCK!!!
When luke comes on the field he brings speed and skills as evident in yesterdays game and the standard of the set pieces were as good or even better. when are they going to give him a fare go
i thought that was the idea of the competition
ps plan for the future not for the present
Hi Jay, welcome along mate, and you make a good point, i didn't see the match myself so cannot make a comment, but i do agree that the ARC should be used to offer up and comers an opportunity, and in a lot of instances across all teams, the chances are not being offered....
Proudly bought to you by a brewery somewhere....
