Surely Tessmann and Cowan are going to be in they are still on contract. You wouldn't announce blokes who are already signed.
Does anyone know where Ryan has gone to? Is he contracted elsewhere? Him and Ruru would be awesome additions.

If these 3 signings are fair dinkum then Matt Hodgson/Minderoo appear to be honoring their commitment to bring back to Australia players who have the potential to be available for Wallabies selection.
Harrison Orr (from Newcastle Falcons' website)
Impressive background in Sydney with 3 years of development in the UK.
A past pupil of Trinity Grammar School in Sydney, Orr captained the 1st XV undefeated champions and was selected in the NSW Schoolboys 2nd XV in 2011. He was also awarded the Internationally Renowned Pierre De Coubertin Award for his sporting achievements and for exemplifying the spirit of sportsmanship.
In 2012, Orr captained West Harbour Colts 1st XV and was awarded a Sports Scholarship to Macquarie University. He was also selected for the NSW Training Squad and National Open Squad for Australian U20’s.
In 2013, Orr captained Southern Districts Colts 1st XV and also represented Macquarie University Touch Football Team at the Australian University Games, again leading by example as captain of the team. Orr also trained with the Greater Sydney Rams squad during their National Rugby Championship campaign in 2013.
2014 saw Orr being promoted to West Harbour First Grade Team competing in the Shute Shield. After a stand out season with West Harbour, Orr was nominated for the Ken Catchpole Medal for Best Player in the Shute Shield placing 4th and also was runner-up for the Shute Shields Rookie of the Year Award. Again, Orr captained Macquarie University 7s team at the Australia University Games and was selected for the Western Sydney Rams 7s team.
In 2015, Orr made the move North to London when he signed for Ealing Trailfinders ahead of their return to the Greene King IPA Championship off the back of some eye catching performances with Sydney based Shute Shield side West Harbour.
Orr has the ability to operate in the second or back rows and is renowned for his ball-carrying ability and big-hitting defence. Orr’s first season with Ealing Trailfinders was enough to secure a step up to the top flight with Aviva Premiership side Newcastle Falcons for the 2016-2017 season. Representing the Falcons during the 2016 Singha 7s, Orr made his starting debut for the club in October of that year during the European Challenge Cup against the Ospreys. So far in 2017, Orr played a major role in the Falcons Singha 7s team that came second in the competition. Furthermore, he was a stand out in the opening parts of the season with three consecutive man-of- the-match performances. In recognition of his leadership abilities he was elected as Newcastle Falcon's Rugby Player Association (RPA) representative.
