In the post today got a letter come through from the Western Force giving my son a free pass to one of three remaining Super Rugby games for this season as he is registered to play junior rugby this season.
My son and I are both members for this season but I am very impressed with this imitative by the Western Force getting the boys and girls to get along to a match to see the professionals play and encourage and develop their love of the game. Secondly it is also a good move as for some people in this current financial climate some parents can't afford to take their child/children to watch professional rugby.
So it's just a huge praise from me and keep up the good work

So you have a free pass you want to give away to someone who is not a member?

It is a junior pass will have to get in touch with the force to see if I can give it on to anyone else
I have one too as our son received the same offer and we are already Force members, (someone needs to crosscheck the database)
It does state on the front of the card that the cardholder is a Junior Member, so one for your kids perhaps TIF?
On another note, (and PeterM - sorry to add a negative note to your praise thread) - earlier this year we received another offer as club rugby members - it was to purchase a family membership in the nickel or iron seats for $100 less than what normal punters pay - and guess what - we had already paid the normal punter price as renewing Force members who were renewing for the EIGHTH fricking time.
I was a bit pissed off and again I'd suggest someone needs to crosscheck the database to avoid potentially embarrassing (for RugbyWA) and ire-raising (for me) situations such as this.

I'd hazard a guess that the bucks off is an introductory offer aimed at new business with renewal prices the same as we all pay. Pretty common ploy. If it raises the membership I'm OK with that.

Personally, I think it should be a standing offer - any GA adult ticket is allowed two or three free tickets if the kids can produce junior memberships. Fill the ground and reward kids for playing.
cheers blue and black for picking up my spelling mistake
So far so good, no strange fathers day cards yet![]()
