In todays Australian
Meanwhile, there was strong speculation yesterday that Cooper would leave the Reds to join his close friends David Pocock and James O'Connor at the Force.
Cooper's management said he would not make a decision on his future until he had renegotiated his contract with the ARU, which will delay offering him a top-up until after his court case on a burglary charge is heard in July.
He is also considering a lucrative offer from a leading French club.
Pocock and O'Connor are believed to be urging Western Force to sign Cooper, who would solve its five-eighth problem.
When Wallabies five-eighth Matt Giteau left Perth to return home to Canberra this year, the Force recruited South African Andre Pretorius and when he broke down they picked up New Zealander David Hill.
With Cooper at five-eighth, the Force could sign a foreign hooker, which is an area of need for the team.
The winless Force will be boosted by the return of Pocock (finger injury) and prop Matt Dunning (concussion) for its match with the Stormers in Perth on Friday night, while outside back Scott Staniforth has been given a clearance to play the rest of the season after completing a short-term contract.
nothing more then rehashing a rumour from the start of the year, it contains no quotes or no sources
rumours are awsome they can make something out of nothing!!
I vote - GIVE US A RECTANGLE STADIUM!!!!!!
Rumours are awesome. You don't need anything to back them up other then "I heard on the grapvine....."
I heard that WA is leaving the Sheffield Shield competiton to move to the New Zealand cricket competiton because they might win a game or two
I can see a whole new thread starting here....![]()
cooper is going nowhere
oops,I mean he is not leaving the Reds
this was a bit of info i picked up in Brissy(from a cooper family friend),before slippping into my usual alcoholic daze (or days!)
On Rugby Club tonight, Marto and Jeremy Ponce were slagging the prospect of Cooper moving to the Force - "why would he even think of going THERE?". (Sigh- If only Sydney Uni had got the 4th licence, all would be right with the world!)
I didn't think my opinion of that crew could sink any lower - but they keep inspiring me to even greater heights of contempt.............
'God invented beer to prevent Props from taking over the world'
My opinion of them slipped even more when they were laughing about the Reds donation scheme whilst in the republic.
The Reds have said they will donate a goat to a village for every try they score and another if they score 4 or more. Goats to a poverty stricken malnutrition village are an awesome animal. They eat weeds and scrub and they supply milk and meat. What the F!@# is so funny about that you twats?
Good on the Reds for there support and raising awareness!
Generally speaking you aren’t learning much if your lips are moving!!!

Didn't see it, but if so, that's pathetic.
If there was any consolation in watching the massacre at Suncorp, it had to be that at least some kids charities were gonna get some $$ out of it.
Last year when the poll went up, I think I chose Qld as the 'non-force' team I'd support almost by default (wasn't gonna be the Tahs, and the Brumbies went all Real Madrid). I'm really enjoying seeing them go alright now though- hope they keep it up![]()
Speaking of rumours...I've also heard myself say that Cooper is a shoe-in for the Wallabies 10 and that Gits will be on the bench.
coz Stone Cold says so
