I was thinking what can we do to get the atmosphere going at MES and so
I was watching the Lions game last week and saw there was a huge supporters shirt

Here is some video of the shirt

I thought we should get one for the Force- preferably get Emirates to pay for it as its bloody expensive. A 60 ft banner is 4200 GBP on this site:

What do we think?
One problem could be if the sponsor changes! Just thought of that!
how would you be able to see the game with that thing on top of you!?
Be There. Be Heard. Be The Force Behind The Force
They use these during important Football matches, before the matches, so they can watch the game after doing away with the flag at kick off.
In all likely hood MES will be a Members only stadium - if all members wear Supporters Jerseys/Hats - we will have the same effect, if not better. and It wont be for just the important matches but all matches will be a virtual sell out - The Sea of Blue will be loud and large!

a few years back did all the members that attended the members day not sign a large shirt?( not as large as the lions one tho!)
I saw that Lions jersey, and thought, bugger me, which one of the forwards is going to come out shirtless?
Success is not final, failure is not fatal:
it is the courage to continue that counts.

Too bad if you were claustraphobic.
Looks good if a little Soccerish.
Definatley agree it's time we developed some character though.
If a whole stand was members a graphic designer could plot which seats should wear blue and which seats should wear black to make a living Force flag...
"Bloody oath we did!"

It's also a soccer idea, but we could achieve a similar result with coloured cards. Leave them under the seats and then get everyone to hold them up at the right time.
Mind you, I'm not convinced they work properly - there's always some people who miss the game or are in the queue for beers.
I like the idea of a living emblem in the stands - wouldn't be that hard to do with a couple of black tshirts
