AUSTRALIA's 1991 World Cup-winning captain Nick Farr-Jones has only one misgiving about Robbie Deans inviting him to work with new Test halfback Luke Burgess - that it took 15 years after his retirement before he finally was asked to lend the Wallabies a hand.

"It's funny that we needed to have a Kiwi as Wallabies coach before that happened," Farr-Jones said yesterday.
