Brother Gallagher I hear you
thats a pretty strong lineup!!
Last night I took time out to watch a replay of last years match. It was our second win for the year and we came from 8 points down at half time to win the match by 3. Shep was on fire scoring all but 5 of our 30 points, the radar was on, as was Mr Stynes. Our best players were in no order, Boof, Gits, Yak, Shep, Drew, Matty H, Sharpie Rudi and Browny especially for mine. Bam Bamm came on late and was also good. First half was 65/35 possession and we turned that in the second half to about 60/40 to us. Possession and a very good kicking game got us over the line. They did cop a yellow on half time for repeated offences and there was no Habana. But we did well in as John said "the hard places" a great 100th for Canno as well.
Lets hope they havecarried out their own review.
The other highlight for me was of course those Bulls cheerleaders in thier cowgirl outfits, whips, boots and little cut off daisy dukes.........

80 Minutes, 15 Positions, No Protection, Wanna Ruck?
Ruck Me, Maul Me, Make Me Scrum!
Education is Important, but Rugby is Importanter!
Shame the away teams can't bring along their own CHEERLEADERSwhen there are none provided by the home team.
This week's game has all the makings of another disappointment for us.
CHEERLEADERS ROCK!!!
I'd say there is definitely a risk - a belting as comprehensive as last week will typically have one of two outcomes for the rest of the season. Certainly, this week will tell us what our lads are made of.
Anyone watching last weeks match will have them tagged as soft. I have absolutely no doubt the Bulls will have watched the tape, taken LOTS of notes and will come at them breathing fire. There will be plenty of kicks with Habana and Ndungane chasing, and I would be amazed if there aren't a few high shots to test the bottle of our players and the referee. Frankly, last week was so poor and they were so comprehensively outplayed, I would be utterly gobsmacked if every team from now to the end of the season doesn't come out with exactly the same game plan. From memory, it was even reported last year that the SA teams share notes on the Aus and NZ teams.
My big fear is that they will have concentrated solely on fixing problems, such as security under the the high ball and at the breakdown. These need attention, no doubt, but repairs are defensive by definition. The only way the Force is going to shake the image now is to go out and do to other teams what was just done to them, regardless of what comes at them. They've made it hard on themselves, but they have done it before. I know they can do it, hopefully so do they, but it is all there to be done now.
Hopefully the boys will come out breathing some fire of their own. Last week would have been a huge dent in the pride. I way be just a 2nd rate (5th or 6th maybe)) hack on the sports field, but i hate copping a thumping in any sport, so i'm sure our 1st rate Force boys will be hurting and have a point of their own to prove.
Cmon boys show us what your made of!![]()
Watched Gits on C10's Sports Tonight last night and he said he's good to go. As expected said the boys were disappointed with the result and way they played. Also said pressure to win in front of home crowd is there though not significant contributor to way-ward performance.
I wasn't too impressed with the interviewer, either a rookie or simply star-struck, that being said, happy that C10 can find some time for the Force.
Yeah- it's good channel 10 have a lot of sports coverage to fill every night- haven't seen too much of the lads in the other media outlets since the AFL got underway in earnest.
ch 7 had a 10 second snippet on the force last night
