The only teams that has an real chance to move the Force (9pts) down from 4th place on the log is the Sharks with (8pts). The Warathas (5pts) needs a win with a bonus point and so does the Reds (5pts) So will the Warathas beat the Highlanders at the house of pain or will the Reds manage to beat the Brumbies in Canberra.
There are some dark horses that might end up level with the Force on 9pts if they manage to win with bonus points though
this might be wishful thinking but the Force might just be 4th after the weekend!![]()
still early days though..................the wheels will eventually fall off the tahs![]()
ahaha the wheels will fall off and they'll be bare rims on the tah....get it!!! ahaha
The wheels looked pretty wobbley last weekend. It's a good sign.![]()
I made Happy sad...
Tahs supportes should trade in that busted up wreck now![]()
The Highlanders will crunch them....definetely the game of the week for me![]()
It was somewhere else I mentioned the Choking premonition I had for the 'Tahs....They're gunna choke like an All Black in a WC Semi Final!
C'mon the![]()

They've choked in more semis than quarters Jedi......maybe I should say final of any type......anyway you get the idea, 'Tahs will stumble short of the line and we'll have to endure a week of crap about how they toughed it out to score a bonus point against premium opposition away from home!
C'mon the![]()

Jeez I wasn't far wrong, they nearly choked......I must've been a week early.
How about those Brumbies? were they that good or were the Reds that bad? It's hard to believe this result in light of the beginning of the season. I always said Qld was a 60 minute rugby team, and two yellow cards probably didn't help that but man! I didn't think the Brumbs would do that to ANYONE this year!

And we will most likely finish 1 posistion lower than last week now.
Gareth Hardy - The All Rounder.
I was amazed at just how dismal the Reds were on attack. They seemed to have a slight advantage in the scrums and the Brumbies seemed to have a slight advantage in the line-outs but after about the 5th phase they lost all sense and just got isolated by lazy support play and lost possession. I expected better from the Reds. I was impressed by Ben Lucas when he came on. He made a few little mistakes but his skills and especially his box kicking were impressive. I think Mitch is keen on recruiting him and I'd say he'd make a very nifty little future scrum-half for us (I think he's 18 or 19).
Did anyone else notice that Digby Ioane had a pretty lousy game? He did a very good steal and kick up the touch line that only luck prevented a try to either he or Latham and one other good move I noticed but otherwise pretty ineffectual (esp in the first half). I don't think his kind of game is very well suited to the Reds kind of game.
