the punters friend..... stick with me and you will be wearing
not a bad summary at all
No Gits in the team at the end? Atleast he deserves to be there form the Force!
Worst ref...Geoff Acton, Jonathon Kaplan???
haha sorry but that team is laughable for the mere reason that they say Matt Giteau is the best back but then dont include him????????????
yes Cross and Gits would have been fair
best ref, mark lawrence..... thats a laugh!
like peiter said that is accually a good summary.
give them a break, giteau got best back. Donald and De Villiers had a good season so it all works out.
Mark Lawrence had good games when ever i saw him.
it just seems a bit stupid for a player to get be name the best back and then not actually be picked in the side
Maybe they think that Leonard and Donald were the best 9,10 conbination in the competition and that the team would work better like that.
The SA press don't worry too much about whether they say stupid stuff.
They sure like Crossy over there though don't they? I would suggest it's because he tore the guts out of all SA teams. I thought though that while he was great, he can do better, and surely theres somebody else who did better!
C'mon the![]()

Robbie Deans will turn Crossy into one of the most dangerous Centers out there just give him time
Abviously talking out their fundamental orrifice as soon as you see Phil Waugh listed as a Blindside!
Unless they are doing the funky "we are Seeth Afrikan so we number the Flankers our way", which makes it nearly as laughable having George Smith as the Blindside.
"Bloody oath we did!"
Nathan Sharpe, Legend.
was thinking the same thing Burgs - but they've always numbered their flankers back to front so they've got Smith at Blindside, maybe they're trying to get Aussie Bob to play Eddie Jones' games again..
Blindside of the tournament I'd have Rocky for the number of midfield breaks and lineout work... otherwise I suppose Kieran Reid played well..
Rocky Elsom was good this year, not as good as he has been though.
The blind side flanker I though that did a lot of damage and was consistent in the competition this year was definately "Baywatch" Cobus Gobbelaar!
He lead an ordinary side magnificently.
Brother Gallagher I hear you
