Rugby Anthems CD

Last night I heard a mates CD of Rugby Anthems from RWC 2003. Some (mostly those that were under 18 ) will recall that each team had a song performed by the big band and chior. It is a beauty. I also have an "official" DVD of highlights of each game as well. I will have a copy of each to Coach real soon to add to the library.

every time i hear "the world in union" it makes me cry (cause it's so moving, not cause i'm a baby).
I downloaded the version used when south africa hosted the world cup and it is just beautiful. great piece of music turned into a great world cup anthem. awesome stuff.

I was just about to post the same thing (I have the 95 version), very moving stuff.

I get a little sad when true colours plays as well cos it was playing at our house after we lost the 03 final.

I have since found out it is from South Africa 1995 and it sounds like it is the whole opening ceremony. Copies available soon.
