Interesting comment, sir. Any thoughts on their other tactic of placing runners in front of the backline ball carriers? Seems they are not running as a decoy (obviously they'd need to run from behind the playmakers). Looks to me they run into the defenders' paths - just enough to distract without making contact. Earns lots of line breaks and probably quite legal.
Check out Scott Barrett's reaction after the lions last try. The bloke is really dirty at having let one in and the ABs had well and truely already won the game.
Tuesday afternoon live footy. Should be more of it. Pretty good game and lots of niggle.
I find myself barracking for the British Lions, guess I'm just over the arrogance of NZ rugby.
Nice to see 2 sides refereed
Nobody deserves to lose this on. Great contest.
Isn't a neck roll automatic YC nowadays?
Probably best to ask Ecky from his behind the posts view. Very enjoyable game, shame to watch guy's like Marler and Coles who were very good players 5 years ago shuffle round the paddock like old men without actually doing anything apart from lying on top of the tackled player time and time again.

This sanction applies even if the tackle starts below the line of the shoulders. This type of contact also applies to grabbing and rolling/ twisting around the head/ neck area even if the contact starts below the line of the shoulders.

Hmmm, so that's what the law says, I assume this was updated yesterday, because that hasn't been enforced in any game iv watched.
(:sarcastic: I know what it says and how long it's been in effect, it only seems to get called when a high profile all black complains about it at Eden Park.
