Did Hodgo do his hammy today? Hope not!!
Some of our errors against the Canes were just plain dumb- kicking out on the full, handling the ball while on the ground in a ruck, throwing intercept passes. We also selected two hookers and Hodgo as a front row- they may have helped around the field- but not in the scrums.
The 10s is a good hit out and a good way for multiple short innings to get the player's heads back in game mode.
Hodgo did a minor hamstring strain ONLY
Rona was kitted out or the game against the Toulon boys but has 7 other subs came on he couldnt be used as the 8th. Fit and healthy
Prior is out walking in a moon boot for the 2nd and 3rd games is possibly our on,y concern from 10s so far
This was the feedback from talking to Footey after the game... Again he is overseeing the duties with his assistants running the show during the carnival
Thanks Benny - you're a star :-)
No concussion on Naisarani and Erasmus then?
... and, ridiculously, the Force are through to the quarters. We'll take it.
If one does not have Fox is there anywhere decent to follow the 10s? The official site isnt really good to see points/ladder, who vs who in finals
I think we are sitting good here. Our guys have been resting in the ac at the hotel all morning waiting for the quarters.
Some of these blokes really need to work on their drop goals
Tim Horan commentary genious..."It's very difficult to maintain possession if you get turned over at the breakdown."
Worthy of Murray Mexted, that one. :)
I am not sure where the logic of 'if it wasn't an illegal tackle, it would have been a legal tackle, and it wouldn't have been a try, so no penalty try' comes from... (RED v CHI, also the one on Coleman yesterday...)
