it is so hard to see whether it was always there? or did the welsh give that extra bit of space on defence to allow the ball to flow that much more freely.
it is easy to say the Wallabies play crap previously, but there is so much that can be attributed to the opposition.

I think that game highlighted the importance of winning the collision. We monster Ed the collision zone for the majority of the first half and it gave our backs the time and space they needed to bamboozle the increasingly thinning Walsh ranks.
If we could get over the advantage line with similar efficacy against the All Blacks we would probably go ok as well.

Coleman and Arnold were outstanding and highlights how much of an issue Simmons has been the past few years.
No one is talking about the lineouts though and how well we went with only 2 jumpers which was a worry before the test. The fact we could play Pooper and Timani together let us play the game we wanted, the problem is that you can't afford that luxury against NZ because you need the extra jumper otherwise you lose all your lineout ball.
I think the only weak link left is Speight, he doesn't seem to fit in for mine, hopefully Koribete, Rona, Morahan or Naivalu can be the answer.

Koroibete will likely get first shot. Maybe as soon as the weekend. Doesn't sit right for me.

Did anybody else think that there were a couple of times when both Timani and Sio bounced back off the tackler in a particularly light-wussy-back-style of play?
It seemed to get better as the game aged, but those two both looked weak in attack for probably the first 20-30 minutes.
