Does the senate enquiry have that power! I wish they could. I am so livid with this situation and the fact for the first time I haven't even checked what time the wallabies are playing. I' just don't care and I'm so sad that this is the case..

For the Rebelsto be competitive they need
Pek, Jermaine, Heath, Adam, Matt, Ross, Isi, Ben Mac, Ryan, Curtis, Chance, Dane plus afew other and a Coach.
So if they cant afford both Adam and Dane then this whole exercise has been for nought.
It's been for Sydney and the ARU board.
Tahs thought they were getting Coleman....they got Simmonds hehe :)
Sooo, why didn't the rest of the players, you know the ones at Rebels going to be ousted by the far superior Pek, Jermaine, Heath, Adam, Matt, Ross, Isi, Ben Mac, Ryan, Curtis, Chance, Dane kick up a stink? 'coz they are bloody stupid that's why. 5 into 4 doesn't fit.
After having emailed Julie Bishop some weeks ago, have received this reply:
Dear Valerie
Thank you for your email regarding the Western Force.
I understand that there will be a Senate inquiry into the future of rugby union in Australia in a motion led by Senator the Hon Linda Reynolds, Liberal Senator for Western Australia. The Community Affairs References Committee will put rugby union under the microscope and report by 13 November 2017.
The termination of the Western Force’s participation in the Super Rugby competition is a loss for Western Australia. Sport is a fundamental part of the Western Australian way of life bringing both revenue and community engagement to our State.
Thank you for writing to me about this important issue.
Best wishes
Julie

Am hoping that not only the Senate inquiry but also some Wa Gov pressure will be applied.
Can any one tell me what the format will be tomorrow? With pulver fronting up, is it a q and a ? Or what is the process? And if people are there. Can they update the forum with the goings on please
I'm two minds as to attend or not. I'm sure a senate hearing will be as exciting as watching paint dry whilst at a dentist appointment, on the other side of the coin it gets me out of work for the morning...
That would cost too much and not as spectacular as the guillotine 😜
I'd like to see some heads roll
Posted in the "Bill Pulver appearing" thread also. Direct link to Senate hearing: http://www.aph.gov.au/News_and_Event...-CDB893888DC9}
Opens up in a new tab full sized.
that is awesome. I was going to head in to hear Pulver's lies but now the people in the office will just have to listen to me saying 'Bastard' and W^nk@r for no apparent reason.
I can't bring myself to watch him my blood pressure couldn't take it!!
