There's 'thank you book' going around for signing at the Jrn GF day for Mark - for all he's done for thr Force & RWA. So looks like RWA have given up so no appeal to the high court then.

Hope he stays around though.

Hansie, if this the case then why on earth did we not run a legal case on misleading and deceptive conduct? They clearly induced us into a contract eh false and misleading statements that we relied upon. I imagine we never would have entered in the Alliance agreement without the promises you've outlined having been made. It makes absolutely no sense to me that we limited the legal proceedings to the interpretation of one clause. I appreciate you may not be able to answer this but I just find this so incredibly frustrating.

Even if there is no legal recourse, it speaks volumes about the honesty and integrity of those involved. At very least that should be brought into the open by any means possible.

Everybody....even Hammerschlag....knows the truth. Trying to prove it (deceptive and unconscionable etc) is almost impossible

Can we even launch a new case about the alliance now that the supreme court has declared it legally binding?

Only The trigger is binding, nothing else was examined, and Hammerschlag made several hints he was very displeased with the contract itself and how one side acted

That said, I don't want back in to Super, or ARU. Not until the whole shebang is demolished and rebuilt
