Western Force flanker Brynard Stander warns Melbourne Rebels against bully-boy strategy

Flanker Brynard Stander says the Melbourne Rebels will make a mistake if they try to intimidate the fledgling Western Force pack in Saturday night’s World Series Rugby clash at nib Stadium.
Stander stayed at the Force after they were cut from Super Rugby.
“They will try and bully us in the forwards because we have a young pack,” Stander said.
“They will be wrong in thinking they can do that because the attitude and work ethic has been outstanding. We may have some first-time professional players, but if we come with the right attitude we will match them.
“We’ve identified certain players in the Rebels team that will have licence to have a crack at the ball and we need to deal with their threats.”
