What are the new rules I've been hearing about?

Are they going ahead with the rule/scoring changes I heard about a few months ago? Personally, I'm not sure how I feel about any changes... but I'm just glad we still have a team!

Ive heard 7 points for a try where the attack starts from your own 22 and time limits on scrums and lineouts.

Might of been in the newspaper article with twiggy on the weekend that I read it
