Seeing Ben take to the water yesterday happily splashing around with not just Jason and I but my brother and his fiance as well. Taking him swimming is something i have been wanting to do for months and I finally had the chance.

Few tattoo's look the goods. I like how many olympians get a small and subtle olympic rings tattoo - that means some something, but many others are kinda lame....
