Trying to compete effectively against Europe and Japan - the teams will make their players available to the wallabies (if the ARU allow and want them)

Comp controlled from Australia - teams controlled by local regions. No word if these teams will be privately owned or union owned

Comp starts early August 2018. Will have exhibition games before hand.
What does that mean for the players? Playing somewhere else till August?
Re-iterating that the IPRC will be making players available to the ARU (AKA ball's in their court) and they would expect that SR players be made available to the IPRC

Looking at some different ELVs in regards to pace of the game and entertainment value
So the comp will run while the Wallaby tests are on so we won't have any Wallaby players in the comp at all??
