Hahaha! GIGS and I share a VERY healthy level of scepticism!!
OK one more exclusive.
It will be in Sydney and it will be in August 2017.
Before you ask I don't know the date but I'm sure www.thewestaustralian.com.au will have all the details real soon ;)
I may be showing my complete lack of legal konwledge but how is arbitration to work if they want us gone but we want to stay?
The Arbitration will decide if our Alliance Agreement is binding or not. Has zero to do with who wants what. And even if they say it is not, we can still appeal the Arbitration finding. We've gone full legal, it's going to take time.
3 more months! Will we still have players by then? They will surely start to get twitchy now re OS offers
Ah ok thank you 😊
All part of the ARU plan! Wonder when the tickets for the Boks game at NIB are to be released! Suppose they are waiting for a sellout before they shaft us!
ROAD SAFETY WESTERN FORCE STATEMENT
RugbyWA and the ARU have agreed today to fast track the resolution of the dispute currently before Supreme Court of Western Australia through arbitration.
The RugbyWA Board believes that to proceed to arbitration is the best way forward for not only the Road Safety Western Force, but for the betterment of the Super Rugby competition, and to expedite this process will only benefit the parties involved.
The Board is particularly concerned with the lack of clear direction for players, staff and supporters and the expedited opportunity provided by a firm arbitration date will be in everyone’s interest.
The arbitration has been timetabled to take place in the week commencing 31 July 2017.

No decision in favour of the Western Force then no tickets until it is resolved that's my approach. Told the ARU as well.
So, what does this mean?
What made RugbyWA change their mind about the court process if it is truely a joint decision?
Are we deadski as this certainly seems to be letting the ARU run the game by playing by their rules.
Especially considering we surely won't have any players left by the time of the arbitration.

FFS this is a steaming pile. Super Rugby needs a serious rethink, and it's not a matter of cutting a few teams. Conference system a joke, mid comp international's a farce, refereeing beyond description, salary caps laughable etc etcQuote:

A Super Rugby organisation needs to be formed, completely separate from "RugbyAU". Like the Premier League is separate from the FA.
