Mostly close matches in all GFs
Welcome to the world of mid-season player qualification for finals!
Called in to Nedlands after game before the drive back to mandurah. Place was full. Great to see the young mandurah boys doing well for their new (adopted, temporary I hope) club. had a chat with them and it will be hard for them to leave, they spoke very highly of Tommy Fearn. Whats he like BDG good bloke? Does he still want to coach professionally?
The bar would have had a handsome income for the night!!!
yep, Whatsdoing,Tommy is a top bloke,& of course coach.
Never made it to the clubrooms after the matches--was still suffering from the supporters grand final lunch-on friday!
Friday start BDG now that is confidence!
Yep they sure know how to celebrate at nedlands!
They have had so much bloody practice at it!!!
These two boys have been in force acadamy and still are, why doesn't RugbyWA get hold of Tommy to take all these young players to next level as he has done with these young blokes.
He has experience to what is required to be a professional player.
Maybe I am clutching at straws but we need change in Rugbywa and this guy seems ready made, and he is here!!
Ask him if he is interested in coaching Mandurah to a premiership???
Tom Fearn was already involved with the Force after being a highly successful first grade coach. He was John Mitchells assistant coach during quokka soccer, henjak punching Haig Sare, Henjak punching O'Mearas kid and all the other alco culture incidents of the early years. Left the Force to go back to NZ for 'personal reasons' and has lobbed back at Nedlands recently. With the Force having to uphold a public image and more media scrutiny than ever i dont know such an alco culture is the image they are chasing.
Very good coach though.
Now HATER
I sometimes do fail to follow the meaning is some posts as you have pointed out but are you blaming TF for these incidents and culture or he was the reason for an alco pop culture not that I would know but people seem to feel he is an adopted local product with some credence in the coaching area as they say about DG fro Wests
Do we blame all incidents at Aaronmore is Dg there selecting there tattoos when they are running amok in there school uniform
Do we blame the coaches for Quade cooper kurtley Beale Zac Guildford mills muliena incidents and many more we could dig up talk to James Oconnor and do we blame the coach on the failure of his brand
You miss the point when it comes to appointing someone local
If gives the fans someone to relate to something tangible and what local people can aspire to showing there is a pathway for local talent instead of filling all spots with high profile eastern haters and reject saffas
Maybe you need to check your post as I find this to be deflametry towards this coaching individual and an explanation or an apology is required unless you can substantiate his involvement
Thank you hater for your time and patient and I look forward to your reply
Was an absolute stunner of a day with 3 great games. Unfortunately this was marred by a very small pocket of west's supporters whom most of the group who were intoxicated ( which was fine ) but the horrific language, constantly ignoring the supporters rope, openly drinking, "jousting" with each other using the sponsorship signs along with urinating in the open on the 2nd field which wasn't being used. Now before I am set upon I can handle 90% of that but there were over 20 kids playing behind them and I even seen a man and his 2 kids leave early because of this. It was a bit of a shame really.
