Queensland Academy of Sport Under 19s coach Phil Mooney has been named as the new head coach of the Queensland Reds at a press conference in Brisbane this afternoon.
This is actually a really smart play. As an under 19's coach, he'll be very heavy on the fundementals. He'll wrap the knuckles of anyone that throws a forward pass or can't catch the ball.
