Congrats to Phil Mooney I hope it works out well...
-
Possibly a better level for his skill set, a couple of years there with some experienced players and then have another play at Super Rugby.
-
i hope he does well, i think he has a bright future, i have no doubt on his coaching ability, i do however think he probably needs more experience in the management side of things, in regards to dealing with professional players/contracting etc

Reds could have a place for Mitchell in 2011... oopps, sorry he is already looking at SA an Europa...:iconrofl:
-
-
Arrrrre our Man love is pitiful... we all know he is there until the board grows some balls... which in WA could be 2020… results are the key, he has none to date… So he’s looking elsewhere... say SA Stormers?
-
It's just not even bait Muddy, little more than a pitying sigh...
-
Howz that..... two TWF moderators running to the defense of Mitchell... Let my the criticism stand and let his performance be judged... along with his lucrative benefits...
-
we will judge his performance. as the season goes along.
will be interesting to see how he goes with the new look squad. this is the biggest test he has faced at the force so far. to see what he can do with all these new faces. and how he can combine them with the old ones. bring this thread back up in may muddy. we'll chat on it more then

I wasn't defending him, just acknowledging a very predictable, lame and, as usual, out of context attempt at fishing.
I thought your tactics would have improved with time.

Surely Muddy's comments are not based in envy??
The fact that a team can have a consistent coach is a sign of weakness from management - whereas the revolving door of the Brumbies is something to hold in high regard??????
Mitch appointed Feb 2005 and still going: Brumbies record is held by Laurie Longhair @ 2005-2008, lets see how long Andy the Friend-importer lasts??
-
bit unecessary muddy considering Ewen just signed on for 2 or 3 years
-
How do you judge Mitch as being a failure if you have noone to compare him to? Maybe someone else would have won three wooden spoons by now.
-
Mitch will be at the force for sometime he likes Perth and has settled in well....... the next step for JM is assistant to Robbie I would say as they are very good mates.
