Have look at the small footnote on page 32 about the IPRC. To paraphrase it - Following the court case in Sept, the RA established a working group under vice chairman Brett Robinson to assess viability and assist Andrew Forest in the development of the IPRC.
How wonderfully helpful of the RA!
6 months later, the RA still has not announced anything?
Meanwhile Twiggy has employed a Force CEO, 2 coaches, 30 players, and has 5 matches all signed up and an advertising campaign running.
Interesting concept that, the RA assessing viability given their track record.
Setting the bar pretty low aren't you? Drive the game to the brink of insolvency Alienate almost everybody associated with rugby Harpoon 20% of the revenue stream sack 20% of the workforce Piss off a very rich and powerful Australian so much that he commits his sizeable personal fortune into building a competitor for your main product. All they need to do is shit their nest less than that and you're all good?
Along with mini and youth development programs to rival Milo Cricket at least.
The deluded Missing Link is it at again on the G&G News when discussing the RA.

I rarely bother to read any rugby forums these days - the Trolling index of all of them is morbidly high.
The Missing Link and his/her disciples on that and other forums don't seem to understand the realities behind the demise of professional rugby in WA.
The Heartland Unions (NSWRU and QRU) had spent more than 12 years working hard to kill off professional rugby in WA (following the first announcement that a Super Rugby franchise had been granted to WA). Having succeeded in their campaign against the Western Force (and rugby union in WA), the Heartland Unions are not going to allow professional rugby to be reestablished in WA without one huge sh!t-fight - and while the unbalanced composition of the ARU/RA board so heavily favours the Heartland Unions, they will prevail.
If anyone has a spare $39 to spend the full financial report is now up on ASIC

From the report so far Bumchin Bill did get a 500k incentive as he was the only executive director in the year as Castle was hired after 2017.
Has theaustralian.com.au put any articles up regarding the RA loss. A quicl skim only shows Folau and his homophobic slurs over and over again ad nauseum.
Its a pitty there doesnt seem to be anything from Wayne Smith or Alan Jones regarding it.
Was there anything in the print edition?
Wayne Smith made a small mention of it in the article about Folau. He is interestingly quiet on all of this, isn't he?
