Mid to end of April I think
hmmm, it didn't seem that long to me, but we were closer to the stairs and we weren't in a rush to get out.
at the end of the day it is always a compromise between views and accessibility. my guess is that they put just enough exits in to satisfy the NCC, while trying to maximise seating. the more stairs they put in, the more seating will be taken over by circulation.
obviously the steepness of the stands doesn't lend itself to a quick getaway either, but to be honest I am very happy that they went this way, and built a steep stand with maximum possible seating.
The stand will just barely comply with the appropriate construction codes in-as-far-as access egress is concerned. Which will be the requirements for an evacuation in the event of a disaster.
Same as any other around the world because anything else adds to the costs.
I can't stand leaving the stadium as soon as the game finishes. I'd rather wait and get the last train back where there is actually a wee bit of room

Got to say love my seat.... and the company around me... :)
Luckily concrete and steel doesn't burn too well...
Plastic on the other hand...
