O'Connor knows he will struggle to mount a compelling case for national selection in a weaker team.

JOC won't go to league.
NRL clubs would have difficulty fitting him under their salary caps, wouldn't they?? It doesn't bother me too much if he does go to the NRL. It would be a litmus test as to if he feels he has unfinished business at Super and international level (super championship, Bledisloe cup, world cup).
Gee what a load of crap He has played with the 2 bottoms aussie teams and still made the wallabies every yr... Playing for a top team he wont be seen as much and I reckon would be harder as the brand would be crushed in the que for the top spots ,, he would not stand out... Also he will have trouble to fit into QC boots at 10 as link only has eyes for QC
I still think QC is the worst of a bad bunch and its Genia who only whats QC there and will make anyone else look bad
If all the European and Japanese contracting is done for this year, I wonder where that leaves the honey badger?? Could he be negotiating with another Aus franchise rather than a NH one??
No

If he comes to us fine, but under The Force terms. If he goes to NRL good luck but he won't have the life of a rugby international. He has been a big fish in a small pond. How will he be as just be another fish in the pond?
What ever he does I wish him good luck as just a 23 yr old he has a lot to learn and I think he can be something special. He's been a prat but he can come back.
Ask Mr Pulver...

Ah so I guess it all rests on how much the ARU cough up? Wouldn't be an issue if he played for Tahs, Reds or Rebels!
I'm sure it wouldn't...
