So ARU currently owns the intellectual property of the Force; which I assume includes the name, logo and other branding.
Do we need to look at a new name given we no longer own the old one?
I would hope that if the alliance agreement is found to have been made in bad faith or what have you, that the ARU can be ordered to return/sell the rights back to RugbyWA ...
Win or lose I'm pretty sure the ARU would not deny RugbyWA the use of the Western Force

We should have the name Perth Western Force,,If you have the city name then if we have to get bailed out again everyone will know who we are just like the Victorian Government Melborne Rebels,, Its the name of your home city that gets you votes these days
